Represents the most advanced generation of Alfatek machines with an isobaric system, designed to meet the specific needs of bottling foamy and carbonated products such as semi-sparkling and sparkling beer, mineral water, soft drinks, etc.
Circuit sanitation and sterilisation is carried out simultaneously on all the valves with the machine stopped.

‘PERFECTA’ ELECTRONIC VOLUMETRIC - ELECTRONIC VOLUMETRIC FILLING
VOLUMETRIC PNEUMATIC - VOLUMETRIC SIPHON FILLING
These machines adopt a newly developed pneumo-hydraulic siphon, designed to obtain high precision in the dosage and versatility of application on containers of different sizes and types: glass, PET, PVC bottles, cans, jars, etc.
They also allow filling flush with the top and flow reduction in the final filling phase, avoiding product overflows, turbulence or foaminess in the products predisposed to this phenomenon.
Product pumping of the is not activated in the absence of the container.
HOT FILL - FILLING WITH LEVEL TECHNOLOGY
The Alfatek Hot Fill technology is ideal for hot filling of "sensitive" still products in glass and PET bottles.
The conformation of the filling valve is suitable for working on both clear products as well as products containing fibers and pulp; the temperature of the product is controlled during the bottling phase, and is kept constant by means of a system for returning product not at the right temperature to the pasteurizer.
Ease of use and reliability are some of the main characteristics of the fillers of this series.
LOW PRESSURE FILLING VALVES
Alfatek self-levelling filling valves represent the most innovative aspect of the hyperbaric filler (low pressure), allowing precise and repetitive levels, without the need for a vacuum in the filling tank.
Thanks to the tubes for evacuating the air from the bottle, present on the outside of the valve, and to the separation partition inside the tank, it is possible to convey the air extracted from the bottles outside the filling tank, avoiding microbiological pollution and contact between the oxygen and the product.
The absence of the air return tubes inside the tank facilitates washing and sterilisation and allows evacuation of the air from the bottles.
The filling valves can be equipped with automatic level variation, thus allowing the simultaneous variation of the levels on all the valves from the control panel (0-80 mm), or with default programming via PLC; possibility of having two systems:
Valve with electro-pneumatic level adjustment.
Mechanical level adjustment valve with continuous adjustment while machine is filling.
INNOVATIVE MECHANICAL ISOBARIC FILLING VALVES
These filling valves represent the most innovative aspect of ALFATEK isobaric fillers.
The particular technical characteristics are highlighted by some important aspects:
· opening is directly controlled by the bottle rising, through the pressure between the mouth-press and the end of the neck, avoiding the use of exclusion mechanisms that intervene in the absence of the bottle itself, and also allowing use of the entire potential filling phase;
· closure, self-leveling and degassing are controlled by a single rotating system, devoid of slides subject to wear that require frequent adjustments;
· elimination of all timing adjustments, even in the event of complete disassembly of the valve, to simplify maintenance operations;
· elimination of the height adjustment of the control support rims, normally found in mobile head machines, with consequent reduction in the time required for format change;
· self-leveling circuit sanitisation and sterilisation is carried out simultaneously on all the valves with the machine stopped.
The ALFATEK isobaric valve is covered by an international patent.
PERFECTA ELECTRONIC FILLING VALVES
Perfecta series electronic filling valve, Electro-pneumatic valve with double 90° groove-shaped membrane with shutter produced and designed by Alfatek, completely in 316 stainless steel, easy to disassemble, completely sanitisable with chemicals and with high-pressure steam.
The valve receives the closing consent from the magnetic inductive or mass flowmeter, after having completely filled the container according to the preset content.
ELECTRONIC ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC ISOBARIC FILLING VALVES
The newly developed and patented filling valves are made of 304 stainless steel, opening of the valve during filling is electronically controlled by a PLC, pre-evacuation, double pre-evacuation; pre-injection, valve opening; self-levelling and degassing are controlled by electro-pneumatic valves controlled by a PLC.
Elimination of all timing adjustments, even in the event of complete disassembly of the valve, to simplify maintenance operations;

Moreover, Alfatek valves can also fill without pressure in the tanks and therefore by gravity or with low pressure, with considerable advantage in the case of filling still liquids.
MECHANICAL VOLUMETRIC FILLING VALVES
Cylinder completely produced by Alfatek, made of 304 stainless steel, complete with sight glass.
Consisting of a rectified and chrome-plated piston working in a stainless steel cylinder with static seal, (system called plunger piston). The predetermined volume is obtained from the piston which, sliding on a static seal, enters the cylinder. The cylinder is without a three-way valve.
A modulating valve, designed and manufactured by Alfatek, allows closure of the suction when the container is being filled.
The opening of the modulating valve is performed by the container, in the absence of which there is no filling. The modulating valve allows the product flow to be varied, slowing or increasing the filling speed as desired, depending on the type of container. For example, in narrow-neck containers, it is possible to slow filling in the final part while maintaining a high production. Moreover, since there are no mechanical movements and dynamic seals, maintenance is reduced over time, avoiding the problem of introducing air into the cylinder, allowing greater precision in volumes, greater than traditional machines and weight filling systems.

ANTIOX DEOX® SYSTEM
Alfatek patented system - during the filling phase, by means of a high vacuum pump, performs the pre-conditioning (single or double) of the air from the bottle subsequently subjected to saturation with inert gas.
Avoids the dispersion of dissolved fragrances, aromas and gases contained in liquid processed, as well as preventing oxidation caused by the introduction of oxygen.
Conveying in a special tunnel saturated with inert gas protects against reintroduction of air in the bottle neck during translation.
RINSERS - STERILIZERS
Machines produced in versions with 6 to 60 clamps, structured for rapid and rational operation thanks to the rapid rack-controlled upturning system which, compared to the traditional "twist" system, exploits the long processing times and consequently provides greater washing efficiency.
The duration of the individual processing phases can be adjusted, depending on production needs, conditions and type of bottles used.
The particular shape of the clamps and the positioning of the spray nozzle, whose extremity touches the neck of the bottle without penetrating inside it, ensures adequate spraying precision but does not hinder the exit of any foreign bodies removed from inside the bottle during washing.
The extremities of the clamps are made of non-slip polyzene and the peculiar shape ensures grip on all the most common bottle shapes.
The clamps can be easily removed for format change operations.
The sterilization process is entrusted to the S02 Kit with automatic control - via PLC - of the concentration of S02 in the solution.
It consists of a tank with attached electronic sulphur dioxide metering device, predisposed for proper replenishment of the sterilizing solution, of a high pressure recycling pump for injection of the solution in the sterilizer and of a microfiltration housing.

Alfatek has acquired considerable experience in the development of complete bottling lines. A careful analysis of the customer's needs allows the design and creation of custom lines with dedicated and completely automatic functions, from de-palletization of empty containers, to the blowing of PET containers, as well as the automatic palletization of full containers, solving all production problems and rationalizing operating areas.
